I must say it made me spend some time to figure out what it is. Initially I thought it was something square floating in a container of water or a pond. Then I studied it for 30 sec. or so and realized it's a waterfall. Then I found myself really studying it to grasp what you're showing. From the "does it catch your eye and hold you" perspective, it worked for me. From the "this is a beautiful shot that I have to print and hang on a wall, I'd probably vote no. But I am going to go back and look at it a second time because I'm intrigued.

All this big companies as declared will reduce h1b employees in us and will do work remotely - so payroll reduction will be in us and ultimately more loss to us goverment.
if they reduce even 4 out 10 than also 6 people government will get $12k while additional 4 govt. will loose atleast tax and social security other together more than 50k and all the expenses they will do here all those money will go out of the country rather than spending done here, so many side impacts to other industries.

You have to decide whether it is worth the hassle. If you are relying on this EAD to start working on it immediately, then it would make sense to bite the bullet and assume the monetary loss.
If you are not going to use it any time soon, then you should think about appealing and getting a 2 year EAD and save the extra money you will have to spend.

Call nearest DOL office from a public phone and with a fake identity...........
tell them your friend is in trouble and explain the situation to them....they will guide you

I have talked to them and they need only the name of Company and the name of victim .....rest they will do themselves.
I understand you might not have all the documents/proofs............dont worry.........DOL knows it is a common phenomenon with such consulting company.

I also have the same status. I think it has to do with finger printing when had filed for 485 during July 2007. My status is like that since Dec 2007 .Nothing has changed after that for me..

Yes, you can change your employer's from India but you need to go for stamping again at US Consulate and get a new VISA to enter into US.

There are lot of discussions about this issue, and there seem to be mixed opinions so far. it may not be a bad idea to check with your lawyer, and post your findings to the group. AFAIK, it is possible to file multiple I-485 but interim benefits should be tied to only one.

My PERM for EB3 has been approved on July 2008. My I-140 is pending. 485 has not been submitted yet. I don't have EAD card either. For some reason, I have to change job.
My question is, if my current employer will not revoke my current I-140 sponsorship, even I have left company, and in case my current I-140 will be approved, can my priority date be carried over?

It is always recommended to renew both EAD and AP together, though you can chose to renew only AP.
My guess is that 120 day rule applies to EAD only, and not AP.
You can renew EAD after it has expired, but again it is recommended to at least send in the application BEFORE the expiry date.

I like the colors, the gradient from top to bottom is nice. The composition is also good. It's not super sharp, but maybe you had to crop a fair bit. The little white spot in the top right corner I would clone out, a nitpick but you asked. :)
